Some of our volunteer opportunities include:

Office Wizard
Activities may include: shredding, copying and assembling packets and books, answering phones, writing Thank-You letters, and assisting with mailings.

Children’s Advocates
Do you enjoy working with children? We need nursery aids and group aids for Tuesday nights and nursery organizers. Some activities would include creating crafts for booth activities and copying.

Booth Worker
Do you enjoy meeting people? We need volunteers to set up and run informational and activity booths in our four county service area. Most booth activities are on weekends with an occasional weeknight. We participate at Health fairs, all county fairs, Art in the Park, Children’s Day, and more!

Pet Foster Homes
Animals are victims and survivors of domestic violence, too. We need loving homes to provide a temporary safe home for pets of our clients who are in a shelter.

Handy Work
Do you enjoy fixing and building things? We are in need of handymen and women, someone to mow lawns in the summer, scoop snow in the winter, do some landscaping in the spring, and rake leaves in the fall.

Creative Mind
Are you creative and like to have fun? Volunteers are needed to help with fundraisers, public relations, design, build, and tow floats in parades in our four-county service area.

Bilingual
Do you know other languages? Helping us translate is a great way to offer help!
